Job Description:

1. Assist the Flight Concierge & Dispatch teams with flight coordination, tracking, and logistics for private aircraft.
2. Support pre-flight documentation, airport paperwork, and flight crew administration.
3. Coordinate client services and hospitality operations for arriving and departing business jets.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be able to commit to a minimum duration of 6 months due to operational training requirements.
2. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
3. Recent graduates looking to gain valuable hands-on industry experience prior to entering the permanent workforce full-time are highly welcome to apply.
